Job Overview

We are a rapidly growing agency based in Singapore, founded by an industry veteran with 15 years of experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager/Client Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, be presentable, and possess a strong ability to learn quickly. They should have a passion for AI and marketing, be adaptable, and be excited about working in a startup environment. We will provide comprehensive training, resources, and a documented playbook for all aspects of the role, including prompt engineering training.

  1. Be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  2. Onboard new clients, providing them with a smooth and efficient start to their partnership with our agency.
  3. Manage a team of specialists, delegating tasks, and ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and on time.
  4. Utilize Asana for project management, tracking progress, and updating clients on the status of their projects.
  5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and comprehensive experience for clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings and client outcomes.


  1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  2. Proven experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
  3. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  5. Passionate about AI, marketing, and working in a startup environment.
  6. Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Asana.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging client situations with tact and diplomacy.
